Payment for Services and Insurance

We bill all PPO insurance companies and Medicare. Since we are not contracted with any PPO insurance, other than for Huntington Hospital employees, you will be responsible for any portion of your bill not covered by your insurance company.

With this understanding, you may either pay in full at the time of your visit and then be reimbursed later for the amount we receive from the insurance company OR, if you prefer, we can bill your insurance first and bill you later for anything not covered after we receive their payment.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes, I accept Medicare.

How much will my insurance cover?

Since I am an out of network provider, please check with your insurance company regarding how much will be covered by your plan.

I am not contracted with any PPO insurance plans, other than the one provided to Huntington Hospital employees and their families. However, all PPO insurance companies will be billed.

Are you a member of my HMO?

I am not a member of any HMO networks which generally do not cover out-of-network physicians.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
