Dr. Beutler Announces Retirement

To all my wonderful patients,

After much thought and reflection, I have decided to retire from my medical practice at the end of this
year. My last day seeing patients will be December 31, 2025.

It has been my great privilege to serve as your physician over the past 16 years. The trust you have placed in me and the relationships we have built together have been among the most rewarding experiences of my life. Caring for you and your families has truly been an honor, and I will always be grateful for the opportunity.

As I look toward retirement, I want to ensure that your ongoing care is in good hands. I am very pleased to share that Dr. Gregor Paronian will be welcoming my patients into his practice, and I do recommend him highly. Dr. Paronian is an excellent physician whose skill and compassion I admire, and I feel confident that he will continue your care with the same dedication and thoughtfulness you deserve.

I am also happy to let you know that my medical assistant, Melissa, will be joining Dr. Paronian’s office as well. Most of you know her well, and I hope this continuity will provide comfort and reassurance during this transition.

Your medical records may be transferred directly to Dr. Paronian’s office to ensure a seamless continuation of your care. However, records can only be transferred electronically after the authorization form below is completed and returned to our office. If you prefer, you may also request that your records be sent to another provider of your choice using the same form.

Please be aware that on December 31st, all patient records will be sent to Desert River Solutions to be the custodian of medical records. Beginning January 1st, 2026, you will need to request your medical records from them. Please see their contact information below to sign and return the medical release form. Though I am stepping away from practice, I will carry with me countless meaningful memories of the time I have spent as your physician. Thank you, sincerely, for allowing me the privilege of being part of your life and your health journey.
